Tess is lost after the death of her father, an MC President. Her mother is alternately distant and overprotective and her boyfriend is being verbally cruel. Tess blames MC life for her father’s death and swears off bikers. When she meets Theodore, Tess starts to come out of her grief. He seems like her dream guy, but Theodore has a secret: he’s a member of rival MC the Wheel Mongers. Will Tess be able to overcome her hatred for bikers to find true love? This was a good MC Romance. I thought Tess was a well developed character; she had her sweet side and her bratty moments, which balanced the character and made her more realistic and interesting. She also had a little bit of the Too Stupid to Live Syndrome going on, but that was necessary to advance the plot. I found her likable and relatable. The other characters were not as well developed, however. This might be because the story was told entirely from Tess’ point of view. Overall, I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to lovers of MC Romance or to any reader who likes a little drama and much steam.
Brief Summary of Knuckles’ Wreckage
Tessa is the Road Rage’s club princess even though she wants nothing to do with the club or any club, it is was got her dad killed. Her mom has seems to be just going a little crazy, always asking where she is going. She was dating Owen, which was as far from a biker as possible, but he decided to break it off with her when he moved out of town. She heads to salon for a breakup makeover, that were she first sees him, Theodore, he is so hot, her body reacts more than it ever did with Owen. Theodore/Knuckles is enamored of Tessa, but unlike her, he knows exactly who she is, Jackknife’s daughter. He knows she is it for him, he just hopes she can get past that he is a Wheel Monger.
